Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    • Scheduling is easy! Simply give our office a call at (317) 392-3300, and our team will be happy to find a time that works best for you.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    • Yes! We accept most insurance plans. We also offer flexible self-pay options, including cash, check, and credit card.

  • How quickly can I be seen?

    • We understand that when you’re in pain, you don’t want to wait. We often offer same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible.

  • How long are appointments?

    • Your first visit typically lasts about 30 minutes and includes a thorough examination and your first treatment. Follow-up visits are shorter, usually around 15–20 minutes, while still providing focused, effective care.

  • What should I expect during my visit?

    • During your first visit, you’ll be welcomed into a private exam room where the doctor will take time to listen to your concerns and review your health history. A detailed neurological and orthopedic evaluation will be performed to better understand the root cause of your symptoms.

    • After the exam, we’ll walk you through your findings, explain what’s going on, and outline a personalized care plan. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions before beginning treatment.

    • At follow-up visits, we’ll check in on your progress and adjust your care as needed to ensure you’re getting the best possible results.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    • Please bring your photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records or imaging. Wearing comfortable clothing is also recommended so you can move easily during your evaluation and treatment.

  • How soon will I start feeling better?

    • Every patient and condition is unique, but many patients begin to notice improvement within their first few visits. We’ll work closely with you to track your progress and adjust your care as needed.

  • Do you offer care for pregnant women and children?

    • Yes, we do! We provide gentle, specialized care for pregnant women, infants, and children. Dr. Olivia is certified in the Webster Technique, allowing her to safely and effectively support moms throughout pregnancy.

  • Can I combine chiropractic adjustments with dry needling in the same visit?

    • Absolutely. We often combine therapies, such as chiropractic adjustments and dry needling, to help enhance your results, reduce pain quickly, and support longer-lasting relief.
